However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
    Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
  • LIMITATION TO OUR LIABILITY

    • You are responsible for the security and mitigation of breaches of your own OpulenceX's account, such as maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information, implementing appropriate security, limiting access, creating strong passwords and/or PIN (personal identification numbers), maintaining passwords and/or the PIN that you create.
    • You are responsible for all misuse of the password and/or PIN (whether committed by you and/or a third party) of your OpulenceX's account. You must immediately notify us if you believe that the password and/or PIN of the Sites and/or third party platforms affiliated with the Sites to access the Sites are misused by other parties who are not responsible and/or authorized.
    • We are not responsible for the exchange of your personal data and information which is conducted by yourself, including that conducted between the users. (included in this provision are any and all your mistakes that result in your data breaches).
    • We are responsible for the OpulenceX platform, including the protection and security of confidential personal data, including notifying you in the event of a failure in personal data protection through at least via your registered email on the Sites and to report such matters to the law enforcement officials or related authorities. In the event of a data breach, the party responsible for informing you regarding the failure in data protection is the party or institution where the data is processed under this Privacy Policy.
    • We are not responsible for the authenticity, truth, accuracy, completeness of personal data submitted by you into the Sites.
    • We cannot be held responsible for data breaches caused by a cause that is beyond the ability or control of us (Force Majeure Circumstances). What is meant by Force Majeure Circumstances includes but is not limited to, among others (i) mass labor strikes, company closures, and other industrial actions; (ii) riots, demonstrations, invasions, power struggle, sabotage, embargoes, drastic political/economic changes, terrorist attacks or threats, war (whether declared or not) or threats of preparation for war; (iii) earthquakes, cyclones, landslides, floods, fires, explosions, storms, other natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics which are confirmed or not confirmed by a statement from the competent authority in that regard, as well as the promulgation of new laws and regulations that directly or indirectly affect the implementation of the Privacy Policy, which results in the non-performance of the obligations of a party in this Privacy Policy; (iv) unavailability or disruption of telecommunication networks, information systems and technology, shutdown or unavailability of extensive internet networks, or being struck by lightning; (v) there is a system failure caused by a third party that occurs outside the authority of us (for example: system hacking by a third party and/or a virus); (vi) actions, decisions, laws, regulations or restrictions issued by the government regarding the implementation of the Privacy Policy; and (vii) changes to economic and financial conditions, as well as restrictions imposed by regulatory authorities regarding the use of the Privacy Policy.
  • CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
  • Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
